Refund & Return Policy

All sales on metaphysical items, herbs, oils, bones, oddities, and handmade products are final.

Due to the nature of our items — many of which are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or used for personal spiritual practice — we cannot accept returns once the product has left our store or been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)

We accept returns only in the following situations:

1. Item arrived damaged during shipping

• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

2. Incorrect item received

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• We will send you the correct item at no cost or issue a refund if it is no longer available.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Herbs, teas, oils, powders

• Candles that have been burned or lit

• Crystals or stones that have been used or altered

• Oddities, bones, or taxidermy pieces

• Jewelry or wearable items that have been used

• Any item marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Store Credit

If eligible for a return or refund, you may choose store credit instead.
Store credit never expires.

In-Store Purchases

​

All in-store purchases are final sale unless an item is defective at the time of purchase.
